• If you have not ordered from us before here's some ordering information, otherwise:

• Time of Birth: Please use local time (as displayed on the clock).
  • If you don't know your time of birth, it is better not to guess.
  • For Astro*Carto*Graphy, the time of birth needs to be within 30 minutes to provide any degree of accuracy.
  • For Astro*Intelligence Psychological Analyses by Liz Greene, a time of birth to within 90 minutes is required
  • For the EQUINOX range, if the time is out by more than 90 minutes, a Flat chart (based on the day without a time of birth) can be prepared. Though slightly shorter in length a Flat Chart is more accurate than one where the time of birth is not very precise.
  • A birth chart wheel can be calculated without a time, by placing 0 degrees Aries on the ascendant and using Equal houses.

• Annual Forecasts start on the nearest 1st of the month. Please add a note in the comments box if you would like a forecast to start on 1st of an alternative month or year.

• Which type of chart? All our charts are unique. By offering a different perspective, they complement each other.

  • If you are interested in how astrology affects you in different parts of the world, you need Astro*Carto*Graphy. For those new to astrology the 3 location analysis is essential. The A*C*G map is more complex and if you don't know anything about astrology, you will need to follow the explanatory handbook.

Charts are available in the following languages: We apologise that our instructions are currently only in English. If you have any problems understanding please contact us  in any of the following European languages and we will try to help. Though Liz Greene writes in English, we can offer you an excellent range of professionally translated interpretations of her work. The prices are the same and if you require the original English version in addition to the Horoscope in your own language, the additional price is GBP£5/US$8/Aus$12.

Credit Card Security: Our credit card security is high. In addition, your card will not be billed automatically, so any errors like pressing a key twice by accident or amending your order soon after submission, will not result in duplicate billing. If you are still concerned about submitting your credit card details via our secure server you have two options:

1. Partial Credit Card Info.

Enter your credit card details and expiry date in the credit card space but switch the last four digits of the credit card number to xxxx. In the order confirmation, you will receive instructions on transmitting the last four digits.

2. Flexible payment option.

For Aus$, US$ or Euro based customers who seek additional independent security and flexible ways of paying, select the PayPal option. PayPal accepts a wide selection of cards. If you set up a PayPal account in advance you can add credit from your bank account.
