Time of Birth: Please use local time (as displayed on the clock).

• If you don't know your time of birth, it is better not to guess.
• For Astro*Intelligence Psychological Analyses by Liz Greene, a time of birth to within 90 minutes is required.
• For Astro*Carto*Graphy, the time of birth needs to be within 30 minutes to provide any degree of accuracy.
• For the EQUINOX range, if the time is out by more than 90 minutes, a Flat chart (based on the day without a time of birth) can be prepared. Though slightly shorter in length a Flat Chart is more accurate than one where the time of birth is not very precise.
• A birth chart wheel can be calculated without a time, by placing 0 degrees Aries on the ascendant and using Equal houses.

If you have any problems understanding please contact us  in any of the following European languages and we will try to help. Though Liz Greene writes in English, we can offer you an excellent range of professionally translated interpretations of her work. The prices are the same and if you require the original English version in addition to the Horoscope in your own language, the additional price is GBP£5/US$8/Aus$12.

Credit Card Security: Our credit card security is high. In addition, your card will not be billed automatically, so any errors like pressing a key twice by accident or amending your order soon after submission, will not result in duplicate billing. If you are still concerned about submitting your credit card details via our secure server you have two options:

1. Partial Credit Card Info.

Enter your credit card details and expiry date in the credit card space but switch the last four digits of the credit card number to xxxx. In the order confirmation, you will receive instructions on transmitting the last four digits.

2. Flexible payment option.

For Aus$, US$ or Euro based customers who seek additional independent security and flexible ways of paying, select the PayPal option. PayPal accepts a wide selection of cards. If you set up a PayPal account in advance you can add credit from your bank account.

Data Protection: All information sent to us is treated in strict confidence. Over two decades EQUINOX has built up a large number of regular clients who use us for the quality of the analyses, speed of response and confidentiality. Your data is retained by the company and not sold to third parties without your permission.

Confirmation & Dispatch: Within minutes of submitting your order (allowing for internet service interruption), you will receive confirmation of your order by email. Provided all the details are in order, we will prepare and dispatch the chart/s in hardback envelopes or tubes by air-mail within 24 hours of receipt. Certain items can be delivered on-line. This includes the Equinox reports and the Astro*Carto*Graphy analyses. Please request this option in the comments Box on the (final) payment page of the order form. Please note that the Liz Greene Psychological Analyses, A*C*G Colour Maps, Colour Chart Wheels, DVDs and Moon Calendars are sent by fast mail.
